Prayers for Louisiana and New Orleans. Mayor La Toya said that there is no need to cancel my Masked ROUND TABLE Luncheon on July 15 at noon.

Darling friends, I hope you and your families are healthy and safe.
After hearing the latest guidelines imposed by Mayor LaToya Cantrell, I messaged her and she responded by texting me "No need to postpone."
my masked Round Table Luncheon will go on Wed,July 15 at noon at Galatoire's
if anyone prefer not to attend. I will give a credit towards the next one -late August.
.
Last week I stepped out on Friday, July 3 to join my friends at a lovely and delicious luncheon at the Windsor Court. While there I also saw Mayor LaToya Cantrell meeting with keys people regarding Corona Virus. We were all exercising social distance regulations and were masked.
Good  afternoon darlings. Let's be grateful to be alive, healthy, and safe and let's pray for those afflicted with Coronavirus🙏
Do your best today to serve as a preparation for tomorrow. You may not be able to bring instant joy to your life but bet me; with your faith and focus everything will be alright one day. The most beautiful things in this world are not easily seen. You need to be happy all the time even when you are sad inside; the most beautiful faces are those with a smile on them. The greatest challenge in life is in discovering who you are.. The second greatest is being happy with what you find.. Design your own happiness because it is a remedy for any kind of sorrow. Forget about the past and focus on the present. Only cowards are afraid of the future just be calm and begin to build your tomorrow from today. Remember, little drops of water can make an ocean and Rome was not built in one day. Have a fun-filled Wednesday!
Coronavirus update: LaToya Cantrell bans sitting at bars and limits gatherings indoors to 25

The new restrictions amount to minor tweaks to the city's Phase 2 reopening plan, which was put in place on June 13.

Under the enhanced restrictions, bars and restaurants will be allowed to remain open but will required to serve customers at tables or through take-out rather than allowing them to sit at a bar. The restrictions also limit indoor gatherings to 25 people, a quarter of the number that were allowed previously.

The new restrictions come amid a surge in cases across Louisiana, and a less dramatic increase in New Orleans, which was the center of the initial outbreak in March.

When New Orleans moved into Phase 2, officials released a set of metrics they would be tracking and which could prompt a return to more stringent regulations. Most of those metrics, including hospital capacity and testing volume, are still relatively healthy.

But the number of cases being reported each day in New Orleans has been on the increase. There were 635 cases reported over the last 14 days, double the number tallied in the 14 days before. The percent of tests coming back positive has also been on the rise, indicating the jump is not solely due to an expansion of testing.

The city's guidelines call for reintroducing restrictions if the city averages more than 50 cases per day over several days. The five-day average for new cases in the city has surpassed 50 on four of the last seven days.
LIVE: Cases of COVID-19 in Louisiana surpass 70,000.
Darlings, my upcoming Round Table Luncheon " A Path to Recovery and Normalcy will take place at Galatoire's on Wed. 15 under the most restricted social distance and everyone needs to be masked. Tables of six are required.
