A Toast to all of us -survivors of the Pandemic and praying for our inflicted and the ones that passed away

Darlings, I hope you all enjoyed and remembered the fallen on Memorial Day 2020.
I have been vigilant and enjoying the reopening of our city.

Good morning darlings.
A beautiful May 28 awaits us. Let's be grateful that we are alive and healthy and pray for those that are sick and those who lost their life. There is a ray of hope that we are moving to a degree of normalcy. Let's stay strong! Always start your day with a grateful heart. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Happy Thursday be someone’s sunshine today. It would be great if you can inspire someone on a Happy Thursday.
Be happy with what you have while working for what you want.
The only person you should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday.😍

Along with six other friends, we went to the first Friday after the reopening of Galatoire's. It felt like we're on our way to recovery.
Darlings, as you all know, I am a social butterfly, and not being able to be with my friends and enjoying the camaraderie that I have always enjoyed, has been extremely difficult for me. I am grateful that I am alive and healthy and on Friday, May 22 I was able to join my darling friends to celebrate the birthday of my longtime friend Leila Legendre in the partial reopened legendary Galatoire's Restaurant. After spending almost three months in quarantine due to the Coronavirus, I truly felt like a bird whose cage has been opened.
All of us exercised along with the masked staff the required isolation space and saw many of my darling friends, enjoying the delicious cuisine of the venerable restaurant. I cannot wait to patronize other establishments
There was a picking line outside Galatoire's for better jobs or something like that.
Darlings, my first day in Natchez has been quite a Fabulous experience. I got to drink cocktails with my darling longtime friends Eugene Vassar, President of the prestigious Pilgrimage Garden Club; Warren and Nancy Reuther, owners The Grand Hotel, and Monmouth Plantation.
The Grand Hotel, and Monmouth Plantation.
My mother will have been proud of me for visiting today the Natchez City Cemetery established in 1822.

I am so grateful that my darling friend Laura Scott ,At my request in our way to New Orleans drove to Clinton , Louisiana so I could greet my longtime friend Kean Songy that I haven’t seen in decades. Last Time we saw each other was in Paris.♥️♥️♥️🙏. I feel blessed to have wonderful friends.
Darlings, as you know I grew up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and New York City, so I miss not seeing friends that went to school with me. So it is always such a thrill to see a longtime friend from my life in the early 1980s in New Orleans.
I think that both Kean Songy and I are aging gracefully. We don't we get old just bolder!

SLOWLY BUT SURELY- CAC to open June 1 - June 14
As New Orleans continues to live within the limitations of Phase One of reopening the city, local organizations are likewise adapting to the slow process. The Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) has announced it will host a limited reopening from June 1 through June 14. CAC’s galleries will be open to the public but will adhere to safety guidelines as mandated by the State of Louisiana and the City of New Orleans. The museum will only allow a 25% capacity limit to visitors and tickets will only be available for purchase online and in advance. Additionally, social-distancing measures and masks will be required in the galleries. Click here for more info!

Darlings, I hope you saw the fabulous performance of Archie Williams. I was crying like a baby. I hope he gets remunerated for all those years that he was wrongly incarcerated in Angola. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
