Wishing you all a great week, filled with smiles, happiness, and all the good things you deserve!Darlings, it was so thrilling to be able to return to "normality." after spending 15 months of quarantine.

The highlight of my week was hosting my sold-out "A Return to Normalcy Round Table Luncheon on Wed. May 12 at Galatoire's.  The stellar panel composed of Justin Boone, representing Mayor La Toya of the City of New Orleans , New Orleans native, ER doctor and leader of the coronavirus fight Dr. Jennifer Avegno, Director of the New Orleans Health Department; Lisa Alexis, Director of the Office of Cultural Economy for the City of New Orleans, Valerie Grubbs & Kay Oplinger, Chairs of the 2021 Mad Hatter's Luncheon ), Society Editor Nell Nolan & Greg Lambousy, Director of the NO Jazz Museum. And the fabulous live entertainment by "Saucy Chanteuse Kate Burgun" accompanied on the piano by talented pianist Jim Walpole made the luncheon to be a very memorable one.

Darlings, I feel so blessed and honored to have received at my sold-out A Path to Recovery and Normalcy Round Table Luncheon a certificate and medal of Recognition by Mayor LaToya Cantrell.  Justin Boone, assistant to Mayor Cantrell represented her and presented me with the award. I was surprised and elated to receive such an honor from my beloved adopted City. Life is good!
