A TOAST TO NEW ORLEANS AND YOU! Week of April 5 -12- invitation to my Birthday Champagne Fiesta on April 24 and Round Table Luncheon On May 12

 Good morning my darling friends.

I hope you all had a lovely Easter 2021. Mother Nature blessed us with a glorious Sunday to enjoy our Easter which I did! I loved being surrounded by longtime friends at the exquisite Sugar Palace: Houmas House Plantation and Gardens.
I am grateful to be alive, healthy, fully vaccinated, and able to pray for the sick and those that have passed away. As beloved Maya Angelou said:
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
Good morning Tuesday, April 6!! Please enter and pour out that shower of blessings into our lives, renew our spirits, our strength, our faith, and our hope. A fresh start, a clean slate, and a lot of potentials for great things to come. That is what Tuesdays really are.
Sending a warm virtual hug.
May be an image of text that says 'It's TUESDAY! And since its CHOOSEDAY: Choose to Smile Choose to be Happy Choose to Love Choose to Bless Derdooku Choose to be Humble Choose to be a Blessing Choose to be Patient Choose to be Kind.. and above all Choose God to guide zalan yourLife. your HAPPY TUESDAY! I started my memorable weekend by joining legendary Christ Owens at Bonnie Broel's House of Broel for a delicious brunch and Easter Stroll down St. Charles Avenue and a stop at Commander's Place.
That night I enjoyed the Mahalia Jackson Tribute presented by the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Economy at Mahalia Jackson Theater. The program with the attendance of Mayor LaToya Cantrell was co-hosted by Julius Feltus, Senior Advisor to Mayor Cantrell and Lisa Alexis, Director of the Office of Cultural Economy. Before the Premiere of the  “ Robin Robert’s presents Mahalia, guests were entertained by dynamic performances of talented Gospel Singers Cindy T .
