A Toast to New Orleans and YOU. Week of November 22 - 29- Happy Thanksgiving and Info about RTL Saluting the Holidays on Wed. December 15 at noon at Briquette's

Good Morning family and friends. Today, Monday ,November 22 marks the beginning of 2021 Thanksgiving week!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to remember that there are lots of things to be grateful for each day. It is a time of giving THANKS, feeling grateful, and enjoying time spent with friends and family. We've all been through an incredibly tough year. We have survived the Pandemic, hurricane Ida   and seemingly endless cycle of depressing world news. The fact that we are alive and healthy are enough reasons😘🙏 to be thankful!

Darling I am looking forward to a very exciting Thanksgiving week that will include going to the magnificent Houmas House Estates for a delicious outdoor Thanksgiving Meal.
This past week reminded me of my social life before the uninvited Pandemic and Ida.
My Round Table Luncheon Saluting Thanksgiving and Women in Power on November 17 was a great sucess enjoyed by all!
I am grateful to my featured honorees,  Clare Burovac, General Director of New Orleans Opera; Karen Coaxum, CEO of Coaxum Properties, Robin Cooper, CEO of WYES Channel 12; Tracee Dundas, Founder and CEO of New Orleans Fashion Week;  Deanne Rodriguez, President and CEO of Entergy, and  the fabulous entertainment by Kate Burgun and her band, Jim Walpole, Dale Hunter and Cellist  Daniel Lelchuk,  of the LPO who provided Holiday music to get us in the spirit for the upcoming  Round Table Luncheon Saluting the Holidays  on December 15 at Briquette's.

I am still recuperating from having so much fun at the delicious and entertaining WYES -PBS Worlds of Hemingway at WYES Paulette and Frank Stewart Innovation Center for Educational Media! Windsor Court provided all the delicious food and my darling longtime friend Dr. James Moises provided the wines.

What fun to see so many friends that I haven’t seen since the beginning of the Pandemic at the Annual Meeting of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce at the Hyatt! My longtime friend Gayle Benson, owner of the Saints and Pelican was the Keynote Speaker.

What fun: Le Beaujolais Nouveau 2021 Est Arrive!
What a fun-loving group gathered to celebrate the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau 2021 sponsored by the French American Chamber of Commerce at Santa Fe. The Georges Deboeuf , the first wine of the 2021 Harvest is superb

I loved participating in the annual St. Catherine's Day Hat Parade

I concluded my week by attending a fun-filled Friendship Thanksgiving Luncheon at The Yard across from the Old Us Mint.

Darlings, please make your reservations before it is sold out for
