A Toast to New Orleans and YOU. Week of Oct 8-15 Le Petit Theater's Curtain Call/ NO Film Festival/ Toosie and more

Good morning my darling family and friends. A beautiful, sunny Monday November 8 awaits us. Let's welcome it with gratefulness for being alive, healthy, and able to enjoy the return to normalcy. I am counting my blessings for enjoying a fun-filled week that included the return of the LPO to the Orpheum, the 2021 New Orleans Film Festival, the NO Fashion Week and going to the Superdome to see our beloved Saints that fought a fight against the Atlanta Falcon. We lost but it was a very memorable afternoon, and I am grateful!
Start your week off right by making the most of your time on Monday and use your energy to do great things to start your week off with a bang. Keep a smile on your face and face the day with big positive energy. You’ll find that your positive energy will bounce back off other people, which will result in you and everyone around you having a great day. Have a blessed week.
The  return of the LPO to the Orpheum Theater was magic. I have missed seeing dynamic Maestro Carlos Miguel Prieto and the orchestra.

These are two talented musicians that should not put behind bars. I agreed they erred but I feel that reocnizing that were guilty should be enough punishment. I feel , they need to be serving the community and earning the money to repay. Yes, I was of the 33 people that wrote letters in their behalf. You need to experience the musical experience every Thursday night at Magnolia Mansion. It is unforgeable.
