The Round Table Luncheon Saluting the 2022-23 Cultural Season has been scheduled for 12 noon, Wednesday, September 7 at Briquette New Orleans, 701 South Peters Street downtown. Door open at 11:30 a.m.
The RTL will be co-hosted by Lisa Alexis, Director, Mayor's Office of Cultural Economy at City of New Orleans and socialite Margarita Bergen.
The directors of cultural organizations such as New Orleans Opera, New Orleans Ballet Association, Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, Jefferson Performing Arts Society, Arts Council of New Orleans, Prospect One, Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans Museum of Art, Ogden Museum, Marigny Opera House, Le Petit Theater and others have been invited.
The live entertainment will be by, among others, talented Givonna Joseph, Co-founder and director of Opera Créole, Dr. Maxim Samarov, Co-founder/Music director of the New Orleans Chamber Orchestra; pianist Jim Walpole ,drummer Carl Mack and entertainer Marshall Harris.

All main stage performances are scheduled to take place outdoors at the Alario Center’s Segnette Field. The Gospel Explosion will take place inside the Alario Center following a 10 a.m. worship service led by Apostle Terry Gullage, Sr. senior pastor of Mount Calvary International. In the event of rain, main stage performances will take place inside of the Alario Center to ensure the most enjoyable experience possible.
