O What a lovely Jazzy Night.! Mother Nature provided the perfect weather for the Annual New Orleans Jazz Museum Gal :Improvisation. The patron party kicked off on Saturday, December 7 at 7:00 p.m. inside the third-floor performance venue at the Jazz Museum. As night fell, guests experienced an outdoor elegant and extemporized mix of music, dancing, art, and illuminations at the New Orleans Jazz Museum’s Improvisations Gala.

Album Krewe of Cork's 2019 Holiday Luncheon (11 photos)
GW Fins Restaurant was the site for the annual festive and delicious Krewe of Cork's Holiday Luncheon on Friday, December 6, 2019. It was a very special luncheon for me since once again I was presented by our beloved perennial King Patrick van Hoorebeek and Royal Coordinator Gillian Pierce with my new sash that make me one of the 20 Queens that will be parading in the Krewe of Cork Parade in February 14, 2020. So put it in your calendar since i will Queen of Cava and can not wait.

Of course, you knew that I wasn't going to miss the official opening of the National War WW Museum's Higgins Hotel & Conference Center.
Located in the blossoming Arts and Warehouse District in New Orleans, the Hotel features 230 rooms, four dining outlets—including the city's newest rooftop bar—and 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space, all set with a tasteful Art Deco design.

Every year, I look forward to attending the lovely Royal Sonesta's Lighting of the Balconies ceremony in the hotel's lush interior courtyard with Royal Snownesta reception extending into Fleur de Lis Suite and The Jazz Playhouse!
Two patients from Children's Hospital flipped the switch on thousands of twinkling lights adorning the hotel's iconic wrought iron balconies. This year it was celebrated with great entertainment by the Nayo Jones Experience designed to make the holiday season bright! The reception that followed was delicious and very memorable.
