Kentucky Derby Party at Linda Keenan's California Strings on Royal Street was a winner if I didn't pick the winning horse. The mint juleps were spectacular and my roommates and I enjoyed My darling friend Bill Goldring ‘s Buffalo Trace!
We headed to some of the galleries at Jammin" on Julia, the traffic was horrendous getting out of the French Quarter but we made it before 7 pm to Jammin’ on Julia
It was a lovely night to be walking and eating out but all the restaurants were packed so we headed to Cafe Degas on Esplanade Avenue.
