This past week was a very fascinating week. It started by yours truly being a Poll Commissioner at the Presidential Election of 2020. As a Naturalized citizen, I felt blessed! it was my duty to vote and participate in the democratic process by being a Poll Commissioner.

I am anxiously looking forward to hosting my first ever "A Thanksgiving Round Table Luncheon" on Jefferson Parish on Wed. November 18 at noon at Andrea's, 3100 19th Street, Metairie. It is going to be a very fun-loving, entertaining, and delicious one with LIVE entertainment. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, a portion of the process will benefit the Jefferson Performing Arts Society. The price is $65 all-inclusive, and champagne will be flowing! All paid guests that have missed my fabulous RTL at Galatoire's will be given credit to this luncheon. I still do not have a finalized plan for the Holiday December Luncheon. For RSVP. Send me a check to 811 Marigny Street, Unit C, NO LA 70117 or Zelle(Chase) The Round Table Luncheon is celebrating its 15th year. Since it started in August 2005, the monthly event has been attracting a distinguished guest list of influential movers and shakers. Modeled after Dorothy Parker’s famed gatherings at the old Algonquin Hotel in New York, each luncheon focuses on a current topic of interest locally within the arts, cultural activities, and philanthropic initiatives that set our community apart and enhance our quality of life. I love this from my darling friend Cynthia Stegman Comfort |
