Darlings,
I hope all of you enjoyed your Easter week.

I really feel blessed that I had the opportunity to rest a few days on the Emerald Coast of Florida because, since my return, I had many opportunities to toast my beloved New Orleans.
I made it just in time to attend the always-fun Strictly Biz Night presented by Biz New Orleans. The free event took place at the Maison Dupuy Hotel as part of the lovely Sippin' in the Courtyard.

On Saturday, March 26, I left work early at Casell-Bergen Gallery to join the Steinberg family in salute, celebration and remembrance of the exceptional life and times of Steve Steinberg. The service began at 2 p.m. at the Carver Theater in the Treme, followed by a traditional first and second line brass band funeral parade to Steve's Vieux Carre home at 923 St. Ann Street. https://www.offbeat.com/articles/obituary-steve-steinberg/
Every year, I look forward to donning my Easter finery with Duchess Chiquita Bergen in tow to participate in the annual Chris Owens' Easter Parade, as guest of my darling friend Sammy Steele III. Fortunately, Mother Nature cooperated and allowed the participants and the onlookers to enjoy the annual parade.
